Scouting between 8 and 11

Through a theme they select together, the children live along great games, handicraft and discoveries, evening gatherings, camps...

By playing they learn how to live together, to keep their word, to assume some charges adapted to their scope and to act in a concrete way for the preservation of the environment, solidarity and peace.

Between 8 and 11 children can feel strongly for justice and peace. They wish to know how people live on this planet: the games and dreams and everyday life of their chums from afar...

Cubs and brownies are spontaneously curious and stand by each other.
We must rely on this leaning to let them live and appreciate meetings, and dissimilarities, and to let them experiment a world in which each one of them can give things an impulse, even at the age of 10.

About once a term, girl and boy cubs choose a new ‘hunt’ and brownies discover the ‘forest game’ ( a great project based on thematic story). Now it’s off toward adventures allowing them to grow up while they play.
